1. Who we are
SazalemArtist provides tools for creators to manage personas, upload recordings, declare rights and ownership splits, and publish releases. By creating an account or publishing on the platform you agree to these terms.
2. Your content and rights
You retain ownership of the recordings, artwork and metadata you upload. By publishing, you confirm that you hold (or are authorised to declare) the rights to the content and that the ownership splits you declare are accurate. You grant SazalemArtist the licence needed to host, process and distribute your releases on your behalf.
3. Moderation
Releases are reviewed before they appear publicly. We may decline or take down content that infringes rights or violates these terms. Rejected content remains in your studio so you can revise and resubmit it.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to upload content you do not have the rights to, misrepresent ownership or credits, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.
5. Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we publish a new version and ask you to accept it the next time you publish. Continued use after acceptance constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
